Treasure Quest

On Saturday, Sept 30, Circle City Merchants is hosting a Pittsboro Treasure Quest! We will begin our adventure with a kickoff at the SoCo patio, with music, breakfast and a festive start!
There will be teams of 2-6 people moving throughout Pittsboro, completing challenges and accruing points from 11am – 3 pm. The highest scoring teams will win BIG prizes! $500 for 1st place, $300 for 2nd place, and $200 for 3rd place.
Teams will sign in starting at 10:30 the day of the event and receive a packet of clues leading to local businesses, landmarks, and special guest locations. At each location, teams will complete a challenge before heading to their next stop. Circle City Merchants will be monitoring these challenges through social media and tabulating points for each team. Gather your families, co-workers, businesses, friends, and neighbors. Many of our downtown businesses are sponsoring challenge sites, so this is a fantastic way to be a part of the TREASURE that is historic Pittsboro!
There will be prizes for the best team name and costumes, so get those creative juices flowing!
We will have a shuttle (fun bus!) to hop on and off throughout town and don’t forget the breakfast at the start. Teams will also receive an event canvas bag full of coupons and goodies to sustain your crew.
