Join us for a panel discussion surrounding reducing food waste and food insecurity, both locally and abroad, alongside Truffles & Trash author Kelly Alexander. Appearing with Alexander will be award-winning Chef and restaurateur Sera Cuni, who runs the Feed-Well Fridges program in Chatham County and surrounding areas, as well as organizers from the Durham Community Fridge.
