October 5/6 – Huck’s Feed the Hungry Weekend Sponsored by Piggly Wiggly. All who come to the farm and bring a can of food will be given $1.00 off* the admission price to the farm. If you come out with 2 adults and 3 kids, bring 5 cans and get $1 off each admission!! Huck will then donate this food to Chatham Counties own CORA food bank. October 19/20 – Scout Weekend & DAR Sponsored by The Sycamore.  All scouts get a special admission price of $9 for scouts, troops, tribes and leaders in uniforms/vests/T-shirts. October 26/27 – School Spirit Weekend During this weekend, get $1.00 off admission to the farm for each person who wears something that show their school’s colors.  Sorry, this discount is not available with online ticketing.  So dress up and show your SPIRIT!!! We will also be hosting the Deep River chapter of the Daughters of the American Revolution (DAR) on Sat Oct 26 from 11 to 2.  Come on out and learn what they are all about  Who knows, you might find out you are a daughter too!!
