unWINEd: First Wednesday Wine & Wellness

unWINEd 237 Center Grove Church Rd, Moncure, NC, United States

First Wednesday Wine and Wellness Traci Philips 6:30 to 8:30 The Relationships in our Lives: A Discussion About Primary Food The difference between Primary and Secondary foods is that Primary Food is what we “nourish” and “feed” ourselves with other than food. Secondary Food is food, itself. Think about the relationships you have with loved ones, with your work, with your physical body and with your spirituality. These are all sources of fuel and motivation for you that sustain your life. In this discussion, Traci Philips, CHHC will talk more about how these relationships influence not only the choices you make on what time to go to bed and wake up in the morning, but on what food you consume, and how much joy or dissatisfaction you experience in life.
