unWINEd 237 Center Grove Church Rd, Moncure, NC, United StatesFirst Wednesday Wine and Wellness Traci Philips 6:30 to 8:30 The Relationships in our Lives: A Discussion About Primary Food The difference between Primary and Secondary foods is that Primary Food is what we “nourish” and “feed” ourselves with other than food. Secondary Food is food, itself. Think about the relationships you have with loved ones, with your work, with your physical body and with your spirituality. These are all sources of fuel and motivation for you that sustain your life. In this discussion, Traci Philips, CHHC will talk more about how these relationships influence not only the choices you make on what time to go to bed and wake up in the morning, but on what food you consume, and how much joy or dissatisfaction you experience in life.

They specialize in creating seasonal fillings using local, sustainable ingredients, and are always developing new ones. Perhaps they will develop a “Rebirth” crepe! A Note From The Owner Almost 10 years ago, Hurricane Katrina hit the Gulf Coast weakening the levees in New Orleans. We all know the history and stories that followed. I am a New Orleans native and have lived in Chatham County, NC for 25 years. All of my family lived in New Orleans when Katrina hit. They evacuated, as always, when a bad storm heads that direction. When they knew there was no home to go to they turned to Ray and I for safe shelter. This community opened their arms to 12 family members and 6 pets. The N&O wrote an article about my family on Monday, September 5, 2005 in the City & State section. Since that time all have returned and some have passed on. They did not and will never give up on the city of New Orleans. Lives have changed. Most are living in different homes. The reality of the devastation is still vivid […]
